Partnered with New York institution Russ & Daughters as part of the One Night Only pop up restaurant/bar series. Everything from the live jazz to the specifically designed menus, to the bagels that were shipped from NY, were authentic to Russ & Daughters NY offering. Purveyors of the highest quality smoked fish, caviar, baked goods, bagels and lox, Russ & Daughters has kept taste and tradition alive at their landmark Lower East Side shop in NY since 1914.
Fourth generation owners Josh Russ Tupper and Niki Russ Federman brought that tradition to LA for one night only in Nava for a menu of favorites like matzo ball soup, the bagel & lox board, homemade blintzes, the Pastrami Russ sandwich, smoked trout salad and their famous Babka French Toast. As Anthony Bourdain said: "Russ & Daughters occupies that rare and tiny place on the mountaintop reserved for those who are not just the oldest and the last — but also the best."
